Admission Eligibility

To be eligible for admission into Form One at Harrison Uwata Girls’ School, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Successful completion of Standard Seven (Primary Education) with official examination results.
• Admission is open to girls only, as we are a girls’ secondary school.
• Applicants must provide a valid birth certificate or baptism card (for verification of age).
• Health report/medical examination form signed by a certified medical officer.
• Transfer letter (if applicable) from the previous institution.
• Parents/Guardians must agree to comply with school rules and regulations.

• Four recent passport size photographs.
• Copy of Standard Seven Leaving Certificate.
• Copy of Birth Certificate.
• Medical Examination Report.
• Completed Admission Application Form.
